Buy a show of Likes, how many of you have attained your goals for this year or are at least 1/4 of your way there? 


Fat loss? Weight loss? Less stress? Exercise more? Or whatever your goal might've been.


We're officially 1/4 of the way through 2017. It's ironic that it's April 1st. Many will make jokes or excuses on this April Fools' Day, maybe to give themselves a sense of false security, but never follow through.
