Progress

By the 1st of February most people have given up on their New Years Goals. Especially if they were fitness related. 


Don't Quit!  Keep Going. 


I'm not going to tell you it's going to be easy. However, I am going to tell you it will be worth it. What if 18 months from now you could hit your goal?


I don't share this to impress anyone, but rather impart on you that it is possible!!!


Over the next several months if you could lose weight, shed body fat and improve your health, what would it be worth to you?
