Améo Living Series: Getting Physical

The following is one in a series of practical Améo Essential Oil uses from healthy lifestyle expert Karen A. Jensen

It's summer! So you begin to add extra activities to your life. Besides your regular workouts you may find yourself swimming, hiking, eating, traveling, camping, eating (again), biking, sightseeing and so much more. You may be with youngsters or just relaxing in the hammock in the yard. No matter where summer takes you remember to take your Améo Essential Oils.

Adding Améo Life Unlimited to your workouts, massaged into the soles of your feet as you put on your gym shoes or diffused in your exercise space. AGX Energy can support adrenals and other systems that get stressed during times of increased activity. If you choose to add a drop or two to your workout drink try rubbing those drops into a slice of lemon. This facilitates absorption of nutrients as well as helping to diffuse the oil throughout the drink rather than allowing it to separate.

Keep Ripstix Supplements Hydrate sachets on hand and Améo Tangerine for an afternoon pick-me-up.
Muscle Mend is great for those sore spots but is also good rubbed on the soles of the feet— especially when little-ones get a little stuffy. (Wintergreen with your Muscle Mend (1 Wintergreen to 2-3 Muscle Mend) makes a wonderful blend more appealing to little ones as it smells just like Root Beer! No kidding!)

Stay in balance, even in stressful moments, both physical and emotional stress, with Améo Gentle Repose, which can be diffused in the car whether you are road tripping or just running errands.

Pure Tranquility with a drop of Orange may help you unwind after a busy summer day. Mix the oils into your bath salts or diffuse it in your bedroom.

Take a walk in the summer evening and remember to take your ProShield, it is good for people and less attractive to insects.

If your summer takes you to the beach remember that sun, sand and salt water can take a toll on skin. The use of AGX Skin and GenM Moringa Silk Hand Creme can be just what you need.

When setting the table include Lemon Pepper made with your Améo Lemon Oil.
Lemon Pepper Seasoning Salt
Zest of 3 to 4 fresh lemons
2-3 tablespoons freshly cracked rainbow peppercorns
1 tablespoon sea salt
1-2 drops Black Pepper Oil
3-5 drops Lemon Oil

Preheat oven to lowest setting. In a bowl, combine lemon zest and black pepper. Cover metal pan with foil and spread mixture evenly in pan. Allow to bake until zest is completely dried, about 26-30 minutes. Transfer lemon pepper mixture to a bowl. Add oils to salt then mix salt to the pepper blend, 1 tsp. at a time until you have the right balance to fit your taste.
