All stress isn't bad.  It's all about balance.

• Exercise Daily
• Eat Clean and Nutritious
• Supplement to fill In the gaps where needed
• Make a list of all the bad things that give you stress.  
• Write 1 strategy for each stressor to help you avoid it in the future.
