Ready, Set, Let's Go!!!

If you want to get better at something, you have to measure it.  The New Year always brings the feeling of a clean slate and a lot of position energy.  Embrace It!!!

Some will say New Year Resolutions don't work.  I disagree.  With any Goal Setting or New Year Resolution, Behavioral Change I Call It, it's all in how you set it up.  Pick one specific thing to add.  I like adding vs subtracting.  Your chances of success are much higher.  Also, remember, pick only 1 specific thing at a time.  Adding 2, 3 or more only sets you up for failure.  That's why most resolutions never work.

Let's take this New Year and make 2016 The New You!!!  Remember, pick only 1 specific thing at a time.  Ready, Set, Let's Go!!!
