Eat For Health

Last Year was my "Midlife Revelation", if you want to call it that.  Better Health, Lost 30lbs, melted body fat and just feel amazing.  2016 is going to be the Year to Rebuild Yourself!

I said I'm going to share all I have to promote MVP Fit In 16.  We're going to kick it off with an amazing 4 part series, Eat For Health, by Kym Herrmann, NC, CMS.
