Just Do It

Seems like daily, I speak with dozens of different people that had:
• The flu
• A common cold
• Headaches 
• Back Pain
• Knee Pain
• Muscle Pain
• Low energy

And we think it's not due to poor nutrition, lack of sleep, stress and lack of movement or exercise?  I think not.  It always comes back to these.
