No Excuse Monday

No Excuse Monday

-Up at 4:30am.
-Start the day off with an awesome cup of coffee, Zija SuperMix and Ameo Cell Health and Digest.
-To MVP by 5:30am to train clients.
-Head to school for a full day.  3 classes, 2 personal workouts, done by 2:30.  
-Actually make that 3 workouts.
-Back to MVP for afternoon training sessions.
-2 kids soccer games
-Evening family stuff: dinner, homework, bedtime, etc.
-Repeat

But then again, this is a normal day.  

No Excuses.
