This is kind of a funny post. I was going through my warm-up today that I normally do and I noticed the bony prominences on my body that I haven't in the past. Over the last nine months I've lost 16% body fat and about 25 pounds. So when I foam roll, do any ground work, like back rolls or shoulder rolls, I noticed the pressure on areas where I used to have fat. Especially on my Ischial Tuberosities or Sits Bones(Butt, Ass, Seat of Power, etc). I don't necessarily think it's good or bad, it just is what it is.
