Everything is a challenge

The biggest problem with challenges, 10-day, 24-day, 30-day, etc., is they never address and change behaviors. Once you're done with the challenges people go right back to the same behaviors they got them there in the first place.  And you're looking for the next challenge so the roller coaster continues.

It's about education, understanding and changing behaviors one at a time.
