You Cheated

We've been talking daily about getting results.  The bottom line, if you're not getting results, you cheated.  Whether it was cheating on your workout, cheating on your recovery or cheating on your nutrition, you still cheated.  Sure, cheating sounds a bit harsh but it is what it is.

I'm not sure how many times I've said it, seems like daily, but the goal is to keep the goal, the goal. We never plan to fail we just failed plan.  So it's not shocking to me when someone says they're not getting results. I can easily ask them what's the plan look like and there's no wonder they cheat because there's no plan.

I'll tell you a quick story and then try to make a point.  My oldest daughter is nine, going on 16.  Can't wait until she truly is a teenager.  Just kidding, I love her to death.  Just like any young child trying to assert there independence, she regularly does the opposite of what her mother asked her to do.  And as you can imagine things don't work out very well.  I find myself telling her on a regular basis maybe you should do what your mother told you to do the first time.  Mothers do know best.

Here comes my point...

Everyone wants success, Results.  Maybe you should listen to what your mother told you to do for the first time.  In this case, hire a trainer or coach.  At MVP performance training we've created our MVP Fit In 15 Accountability Program to give our clients and anyone that's interested that accountability. Meet Tuesday evenings at 7 PM at MVP Performance Training and talk about all kinds of things.
• What has worked and not worked this week
• Nutrition
Supplements
• Barriers
• Accountability
• Behavioral change
And a ton more.

We meet Tuesday evenings at 7 PM at MVP Performance Training.  If you want more information Click Here.

In order to not cheat, you have to have a plan and work the plan.  Also, remember the goal is to keep the goal, the goal.  Let's do it together.

See you soon.
