Free Speed Workouts


We are proud to announce 2 FREE speed and agility training sessions coming up April 8th and 10th.  

We currently have weekly training sessions, at the McMinnville Community Center, on Wednesdays and Fridays. Our speed camps are designed to improve overall athleticism for any sport.  All athletes, of all ages, are welcome.

Once again, we will be offering free sessions on April 8 and 10th at 3:30pm.  Call today to reserve your spot.
