Daily Challenge

Ok, Here is your Daily Challenge for today:
Eat Like an Adult.
•Eat Real Food
•Eat your Fruit and Veggies.  All colors of the rainbow.
•Eat smaller portions.  Treat it like a test.  Find out what the smallest portion is that makes you feel full.
•Eat Slower.  Chew your food.
•If it's in a package or a box, don't eat it.
