MVP Performance Training offers Team Sport Performance Training Options both at MVP and off-site at local schools, colleges and universities. The demand of sports has continued to rise in recent years.  With increase volume of practices and games it is imperative that we prepared our bodies for these demands to decrease the incidence of injuries and maximize our athletic potential.

For the last 3 years MVP has been involved with Linfield College Baseball and now this Fall offering Team Training options to the other Off-Season Linfield Athletic Teams. This past Spring and Summer MVP also worked with Northwest Christian University's(Eugene, OR) Men's Basketball Team.  I want to impart on you that teams at the highest levels commit to their off-season and in-season strength and conditioning.
