Sessions will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:30 PM.
Monday: Kettlebell Basics
On Mondays we'll cover and practice all the basic elements of the kettlebell. We'll go over safety, breathing and proper grip while performing fundamental kettlebell exercises like the swing, get up, press and carry variations. Every client must attend this class prior to advancing to the KB Strength or KB Complex Training Sessions.
Wednesdays: Kettlebell Strength
In this session participants will get a full body, kettlebell strength workout. All KB basics will be used, along with more get-up variations, cleans, snatches, swings, 2 racked squats and more.
Friday: Kettlebell Complexes
This workout will be both metabolic and strength in nature, where we will serve up kettlebell complexes. Get Ready. This is going to be a good one.
These training sessions are open to all comers, both our current clients and non-members.
