We All Get Older recently put out an article about a new study, that the more muscle mass older adults have, the lower their risk of death.   We all get older, but we don't need to rot.  Another reason you need to strength train at MVP Performance Training regardless of how old you are.


One of the main goals at MVP Performance Training is to get all of our clients stronger. I'd like to have each of our clients strength train 2-3 day per week minimum.  After that they can add in some metabolic work to round out their workout.  Not all, but many of our clients are very active and still participate in other sports and physical activities.  That's great.
