The Rotational Medicine Ball Toss is one of our favorite power exercises that we program. All of our rotational athletes, as well as our general fitness clients, perform this exercise.
- Stand perpendicular to the wall.
- Maintain good tall posture
- Start with the Medicine Ball at your back hip
- Explosively rotate your lower half toward the wall, releasing the ball out front.
- We use Dynamax Med Balls so they do bounce a little.
- Receive the ball off the wall
- Repeat for 5-10 repetitions on each side.
