Exercise Of The Week: Inchworm

This is one of our Rock Stars, Lourdes, performing the Inchworm.  The inchworm is a total body and core exercise that we use in our warm ups at MVP Performance Training. 

  • Start with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Bend forward as if you were doing a toe touch and place your hands on the ground
  • Walk your hands out as far as you can without losing control of your body.
  • Walk your feet up to your hands keeping your legs straight.
  • Repeat for 5-10 repetitions.
