Today's Rant

More Isn't Better, And Pain Isn't Gain.  Pain means something is wrong.

You're training should enhance performance, Not hinder it.

Know what you're doing, Why you're doing it and How you're going to get there.  

Just slapping some 100 rep nonsense together isn't training.  It's craziness and dangerous.  Especially where you're dealing with kids and young athletes.

Have a purpose and a plan when you train.  Train Hard, but Train Smart!
