Success...Have a Plan!
We don't plan to fail, we just fail to plan.
Take losing weight for example. Everyone wants the quick fix. They don't want the address the underlying reasons as to why they are over weight. They don't what to put the hard work in to change things. And they definitely don't want to monetarily pay for it. They don't realize that they spent the last 20 years getting out of shape and over weight. It's not going to come off over night. Nutrition is a whole other conversation.
Setting the right plan and putting it into action with accountability checkpoints is what need to happen.
Remember, We don't ever plan to fail, we just fail to plan.
Make a plan and stick with it. When you have completed your plan, reevaluate and make a new plan.
If you're not good at making a plan, find someone that is.
