I could have you write down 10 things that you need to do to get in better shape and you'd probably come pretty close to nailing it on the head.  So why are many so unfit or fail when they try to get in shape?  Unrealistic expectations and no accountability are two things that lead the list when folks don't achieve their goals.

Within that accountability, another big reason that people don't achieve their goals is they aren't willing to commit to letting someone help them.   Maybe they make the excuse about paying a certain fee, but "Great Service isn't Cheap and Cheap Service Isn't Great".
