Fit Tuesday: Bad Choices

If I asked you to write me a good healthy lifestyle plan, I bet you could put a pretty good one together.  It might look something like this below(These are a few things that I came up in only a few minutes).

-Eat lean, clean and green.
-Drink plenty of water.
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
-Ride your bike instead of driving.
-Get a good amount of sleep each night.
-Exercise hard 5 days a week.
-Stretch daily.

So, why do so many people lead a unhealthy lifestyle?  It's all about the choices we make.  Sayings are always cliche, but they are always true.    Make a choice!  That is the first step.  If you can't do it yourself, ask for help.  When we get sick we go to the doctor.  When our car breaks down we take it to the mechanic.  If you need assistance with your fitness plan, give us at MVP  a try.
