Exercise of the Week: Hard Roll

Exercise of the Week:  Hard Roll

This is one of our Level 1 Core Exercises. 
-Lay on your back fully extended.
-Touch Opposite Elbow to Opposite Knee.  Keep It Touching throughout the movement.
-Without pushing with your arms, Roll 5 times to each side.
-Don't Forget to Breathe.
