It'll Save Your Life Someday


OK. Maybe it won't save your life someday, but it sure will make you feel better. I believe in foam rolling 100%. Sometimes you don't even realize that you have tight and even sore muscles. You might have some dull, achy soreness in the knee or hip or back. But this really needs to be an important part of you preparation and recovery program.
