Are You Hydrated?

A little crude, but this chart (taken from the book Core Performance) is an easy tool to use the check if you are hydrated. Basically, take a look at the color of your urine. Match it up to the chart and see where you are at. The lighter or clearer your urine is, the more hydrated you are.
