Tea or Coffee?

I've always been a total coffee junkie. And I always like to say, "I could have a worse addiction". But maybe there is something better. Tea. According to many sources, Studies show that the antioxidants in black and green teas are highly beneficial to our health. All teas from the camellia tea plant are rich in polyphenols, which are a type of antioxidant. These nutrients search for cell-damaging free radicals in the body and detoxify them. The detoxifying effect of these antioxidants protects cells from free radicals, the damage that can lead to blood clot formation, atherosclerosis, and cancer. Something so simple, like switching from coffee to tea, can have a positive impact on health. I'm slowly making the switch.
